About Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution, or ADR, refers to processes that help parties work toward resolution outside the courtroom. In many situations, ADR can provide a more focused and efficient environment for evaluating issues, clarifying positions, and pursuing practical solutions.

Mediation is one of the most common forms of ADR and remains a valuable option for parties seeking a structured process guided by an experienced neutral. Joe Casseb has devoted the majority of his practice to ADR since 1997 and has substantial experience mediating a variety of disputes, including consumer, business and commercial litigation, ad valorem property tax appraisals, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment matters.
